Gesellschaft für Handel und Finanz mbH - briefly called GHF - has built up a good reputation as an issuing house for renewable energies, ships and special real property funds. Since 1997, GHF has initiated a variety of wind energy funds with a total amount of 182 wind turbine generators and a total capacity of about 278 MW in the federal states of Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. In December 1999, the wind park in Klettwitz (Brandenburg) was connected to the grid, one of the biggest an highest performing all over Europe, with a reated power of 62.7 MW. Aktually, wind parks are supposed to be built up together with foreign partners in European countries and offshore in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea.

Ventotec GmbH is acting as a general contractor for the issuing house GHF (Gesellschaft für Handel und Finanz mbH at Leer, Germany) in case of renewable energy projects. Ventotec GmbH ensures all necessary work concerning the installation, initial operation and test run of such kind of investments.
