The SmartPump is an intelligent, mobile, multifunctional hydraulic pump, suitable for on-site use. It can control and record the complete bolting processes and shows the user what preload force was determined and set after tightening each bolted connection.
Combined with hydraulic torc-tensioners and/or the DISCTM tension nut, the SmartPump can equally be used for
- Standard torque-controlled tightening
- Angle-controlled tightening
- Yield-controlled tightening
