Description
Lubrication Systems are a Proven Means of Extending the Life Expectancy of Wind Turbines.

The innovative QSL Single-line system, encompassing a Pump model 603 and direct operating metering devices, reliably supplies lubricant under high pressure to the connected lubrication points. Complete venting during the pause time enables the usage of sensitive lubricants, and a maximum operating pressure (depending on the application) of 300 bar enables a dependable supply even at minus temperatures.

The pump reservoir is available in 4, 8, 15 and 20 liter capacity, and is therefore, ideally suited for multi-megawatt and offshore systems.

Now customers can choose from either a progressive or single-line system to lubricate their bearings.

Lincoln's product range also comprises the lubrication of gear drives via a lubrication pinion or spray nozzles. In the case of the lubrication pinion, lubricant is applied to the gear tooth of the drive pinion or the slewing gear, in which the individual adaptation of the lubrication pinion to the height of the tooth, optimally distributes the lubricant to the flank.

The metered and controlled spray nozzles use compressed air to apply the lubricant in an exact and contact-free manner to the engaging tooth flank. The application of small lubricant amounts results in an even, thin lubrication film.

Centralized lubrication systems extend service intervals and prevent expensive, unplanned repairs and downtime. They are a mandatory means of extending the life expectancy of bearings and gear drives, and their usage is amortized after a short period of operation.
