Peiner Umformtechnik is a member of Sundram fasteners Limited, India. Sundram was founded in 1966, has eight production plants in India and companies in Germany, UK, China and Malysia, and is part of TVS group, one of the biggest Automotive Suppliers in India.

At Peine plant Peiner Umformtechnik is producing for the last 80 years bolts, nuts and various fasteners for steel constructions, wind turbines and high end automotive parts for worldwide OEMs. Fastening technology for wind turbines has become an important part of the business in the last years and ist permanently developped by a considerable investment programme.
