Creative refurbishment - is our motto for structural refurbishment, our successful business for over 25 years. An important focus of our company is the corrective maintenance of wind turbine foundations. Creativity thatīs not only to bring forward new ideas but also to work closely with construction chemistry industry. To solve problems with enduring solutions thatīs possible in this teamwork only.
Foundation Coatings: In close contact with the construction chemistry company Remmers Bautenschutz GmbH, we solved the problem of cracks in concrete pedestals. This is a technical high graded solution, however an excellent value for money and a novelty with a 10 years warranty.
Exchange of Grouting Joints: We rebuild defected grouting joints of WTG foundation with anchor bolt interface. The static high loaded material is exchanged when the turbine is out of action. Therefore we use a smooth method for the anchor bolts.
Oil Collecting Tray: Solido Bautenschutz GmbH is accredited to build coatings in regions hazardous to water. We apply a coating tray in foundation to collect the oil in case of anaverage.
