Vestas has received an order for delivery of 100 MW for Sweden. The order comprises delivery of 50 units of the V90-2.0 MW turbine for various wind power projects in Sweden. Furthermore, the order includes the option to buy commissioning of the turbines, a VestasOnlineTM Business Scada solution as well as a two-year service agreement. Delivery of the turbines will take place during 2010.

The order has been placed by Vattenfall Vindkraft Sverige AB, one of Scandinavia's largest developers within wind energy and a long-time customer of Vestas.

The wind power plants will be located in the southern part of Sweden.
