Rotorblade Coatings:
More than already six years rotorblades from windmills are coated with a solventfree polyurethane Gelcoat-System by RELIUS. Meanwhile 5.000 rotorblades are spinning in the wind. There are no other Coating Systems which combines function and pollution friendly aspects as this. All components gelcoat, filler and topcoat are especially adjusted to each other and developed to the different manufacturing processes. Whether by an application by in-mold or spraying on a precast blade, your demands will be fulfilled.

Nacelle:
The further developement of the Gelcoat-System for the facing from the wind energy plant. This system is based on the polyurethane binder too. Compared to the blade coating you can applicate on polyester laminate. Styrene-acrylates will be prevented on this way. In complete it has the same advantages as the blade system.

Towers:
Barrierpipe - a solventfree thickbuilding coating. With this material up to 3000 microns can be applicated. Not only for onshore - as well for offshore-plants this material is suited, because the range is from underwater as well above the water line.

Miscellaneous metall substrates:
RELIUS Polyester- and anti - corrosion powder coatings are used for the steps, lightning rod and other metall parts. The material fulfills highest demands like the GSB or Qualicoat standards. Where else you will find coatings, which resists the salt-spray test for more than 5.000 hours.
