We, SGL Rotec GmbH & Co KG, are the leading built to print manufacturer of rotor blades for multi mega watt wind energy plants in Europe.

We have a rich experience in the production of high quality rotor blades and technical components made from fiber-reinforced components. We have access to the complete value-added chain of the SGL Group – from our own raw material and carbon fiber production to the subsequent value-added steps of processing (fabrics, preforms and prepregs). The processing of matrix material from glass fiber and carbon fiber with matching resin / hardener systems belongs to our product portfolio as well as the process optimization for the production of large components made from these materials.

The availability and closeness of the Ochtum habour predestines our site in Lemwerder for the production of large components needed for the offshore application. Our area offers also the possibility to build additional production facilities and enabling us to easily adjust our capacities to the increasing demand of high quality components for wind energy.

With our continuous input in process and material development we do not only increase the material efficiency, but also do we produce with the help of a cost optimized production process for you a high quality and profitable product.
