Creative refurbishment - is our motto for structural refurbishment, our successful business for over 25 years. An important focus of our company is the corrective maintenance of wind turbine foundations. Creativity that´s not only to bring forward new ideas but also to work closely with construction chemistry industry. To solve problems with enduring solutions that´s possible in this teamwork only.

Foundation Coatings: In close contact with the construction chemistry company Remmers Bautenschutz GmbH, we solved the problem of cracks in concrete pedestals. This is a technical high graded solution, however an excellent value for money and a novelty with a 10 years warranty.

Exchange of Grouting Joints: We rebuild defected grouting joints of WTG foundation with anchor bolt interface. The static high loaded material is exchanged when the turbine is out of action. Therefore we use a smooth method for the anchor bolts.

Oil Collecting Tray: Solido Bautenschutz GmbH is accredited to build coatings in regions hazardous to water. We apply a coating tray in foundation to collect the oil in case of anaverage.
